At this point Casey, I believe most of the "higher end" Bluetooth" earphones
are quite excellent. And the earphone itself has nothing to do with whether
or not VoiceOver and other auditory output is delivered well, That would be
a function of the iPhone itself (or whatever device sending those signals)
might be. What I mean is that the sound delivered to the earphone can only
be as good as the sound as it is generated on the originating device.
Myself, I've become fond of the Motorola Bluetooth Earphones -- there are
several models and they tend to be extremely compact and don't stick in your
ear(s) like a sore thumb. The microphone boom is really cool, too. It
isn't really a boom so much as a sort of flap that folds off the earphone
itself to lie flat against your cheek.
