The discovery 925 is not a good choice because it doesn't support A2DP which is what you need to hear voiceover through it.
I used the blueant q2 with my iPhone 4 and you can get them pretty cheap now. One word of causion though is that they are not truly siri compatible so if you plant to get a 4S or and iPhone 5 in the near future then I would get a differnt earpiece. IF you plan to hang on to the iPhone 4 for a long time then the blueant q2 is a good choice.
