Hi, I began having this issue since last Thursday night. I think it’s some thing on their end with their server as I had updated the app on October 4 and that issue started afterwards. I suggest you report this problem to Amazon accessibility. I am only having this problem on some products with Amazon app for iPhone. It works fine with the computer.
