What is the device name under settings, general, About? Have you checked your wi-fi router'! connection? Maybe unplug the router for 30 seconds and plug it back in and wait a minute while it reconnects. Then you may need to reset your phone's network settings, but maybe the router restart will take care of it. Siri will use the name in the About settings to identify your device.
