Is there a clear time within the settup process that we hit TripleClickHome, or an announcement, or just anytime once the setup process begins?

We call this triple click home as, well, you hear three clicks in a row as you press the home button three times in a row. So we call it triple click home. Just follow the instruction, including restoring from your iPod Touch backup and things like that. Good luck.
