Hi, What I did was to go to settings/accessibility/voice over and scrolled to 
screen recognition. I had to download the screen recog and after it was 
installed, turned it on.  I then went to the rotor and found it waiting for me. 
I would suggest that you use it only when you need that extra help as it can 
mess somethings up.  All you have to do is turn it off in the rotor.  I hope 
this will help you. It was my problem solver thanks to this list. Andy and Leroy

I emailed Schwab Teck support to let him know so he will be able to help 
someone else with the same problem I had.

Thanks for the suggestion, but that is precisely the frustrating thing about 
this; I have gone in to the rotor, rotor actions and quick settings and have 
not been able to find the "screen recognition" item.

 

When I have deployed the search procedure in settings, it comes back with 
exactly that; that the "screen recognition" item should be in rotor and quick 
settings. I have no idea what the age is going on with my iPhone.
