Hi, What I did was to go to settings/accessibility/voice over and scrolled to screen recognition. I had to download the screen recog and after it was installed, turned it on. I then went to the rotor and found it waiting for me. I would suggest that you use it only when you need that extra help as it can mess somethings up. All you have to do is turn it off in the rotor.
