Hi, Cris. How do you unlock the phone with the passcode?
I, for instance, ask Siri to launch Messages for me and she wants me unlock the phone first with the number pad on the screen. I type the passcode and Messages app opens. But I can not go to homepage from there. Again I have to ask Siri to open certain apps for me but, since the phone is unlocked now, she does not ask for the passcode. I think you either have it tipped back too far or you’re not putting it at the right distance from your face. If you have attention turned off it’s just a matter of putting it just about 10 inches from your face. I had a terrible time at the beginning. Sometimes I still have trouble, but it really does work. It’s just that you have to practice it. It’s just like those little blimps on the bottom and the top. It takes time to get used to doing it. It takes practice to do it properly.
