A co-worker has the Esys 12 cell display which is made by EuroBraille. There is an issue with using contracted braille with its notepad function. It seems to only use uncontracted. I don't know if that is true with the larger displays. Personally, with those odd shaped input buttons, I would not want to write very long on one of them.
