I forgot to put my phone on charge last night. Consequently, battery ran
down. Since recharging, I discovered that I can not give voice commands to
open my aps. When flicking around the screen, voice over does not speak.
Yet, when I hold the home button and say "voiceover on", I get message
saying voice over is on. When trying to unlock phone, have to enter pass
code, as it is no longer responding to my fingerprint.

Called apple accessability for help. Did screen share. While on phone, my
phone behaved like I would expect it to. By that, I mean that I could flick
to all my aps and hear everything as expected. Hung up from phone call and
discovered that my phone went back to doing what it was doing prior to
calling apple accessability. Called apple accessability tweo more times. I
was talking to rep and when they went to check my account, they never came
back. This was 7-8 minutes in to the call. I truly have never seen my
phone behave like this. Please help. Thanks.
