Hello friends,

I have purchased an Orbit Reader 20 Plus, and all attempts To keep it paired 
with my iPhone 8 For more than a short time fail. I have contacted technical 
support and followed the instructions in the manual to the letter. If I keep 
the unit in "sleep" mode, it stays connected. However, after turning it 
completely off, though it recognizes the ORBIT reader, and in settings it says 
the unit is connected, there is no response. I am told By technical support to 
just unpair and re-pair the unit. Really? every day, and even twice a day? 
Orbit Research, from which I bought the READER directly, offErs no other 
advice. I'm about ready to just give up and send it back. But first, I turn to 
some of you who might know how to solve my connection problem. Thanks in 
advance for any assistance.
