If they are lightning connecters, they will work on your 6s. You plug them in the same place you plug in the charger. The new phones do not have the 3.5 jack, they only use the lightning connecter. So, if that is the apple lightning connecter plug them in and see how you like them as they will certainly work on both old and new phones.
