Brandon The point is that I get a better connection with BE MY EYES and I am sharing minutes with someone for Aira. The fact that I get a clear call now and again when using Aira seems to suggest the problem is at Aira's end. I need to call their technical support to see what they can figure out about that. In years past I didn't have that trouble. I ordered my SE second generation with someone in Mexico through Aira and thatwasover 2 years ago.Nothng has changed with my internet set up since that time. I also thoroughly enjoy the kind of person who volunteers for BME. They are always personable, and you can feel the world that surrounds them - you might hear a child in the background, find out someone is in the service and stationed overseas, or picking up in the UK or other parts of the world. I love it.
