As my new Iphone doesn't have a port for headphones, I am using my Ibuds,
which is fine, but today the battery ran down in them. No problem, I
thought, I have some Bluetooth headphones. The problem is my Iphone isn't
seeing them. I know they are charged as I can use them with my computer.

Is there a way to force/encourage the Iphone to see Bluetooth devices?

Even when I told my Google Home speaker to pair with my Iphone, it told me
to go to settings and then Bluetooth to pair, but my Google Home speaker
wasn't listed.
