Hi Jenny, once you have called for a ride, double tap on the drivers information and it will give you the option to call or text the driver. You may text the driver and suggest that when he gets to your location she can hit the horn a couple of times so you know where he is. You could tell him that you’re visually impaired and just need a little sound began to know where he is. Hope this helps
