Hi Jenny, When scheduling a ride, you can type in a note. You can also contact the driver by phone. Even if you can do this through your account settings, I’m not certain the driver will see it. I generally call the driver when he/she gets close. You should be receiving updates as to When your driver will arrive. Hope this helps.
