I have turned my phone off at Shut Down, but am not getting it back on. I

I think I misunderstood you. If a message comes in and it’s not in your
contacts, it will then ask you if you want to delete it and send it to another
box so that you don’t have to put up with spam. if someone knew contacts me
that it’s not in my contacts and it’s not spam I automatically put them in my
contacts. That’s the way to clear that particular problem off.

Rena, my understanding about all that is that it will ask you that only if
they are not in your contacts. If they are in your contacts, it shouldn’t ask
you that.
