Go to Settings > Control Centre, here you can add I think up to 9 items to show up at the bottom of the screen when you bring up the control centre. These are things like Camera, Calculator, Flashlight, Voice Memos, Notes, Apple Remote and also Music Recognition. Screen Recording and Code Scanner (for scanning QR codes) are also in that list. Once you added music recognition and whatever else you want you have access to them after bringing up control centre. As with Code Scanner, Flashlight, Music Recognition, Screen Recording and maybe some others these are items which are not stand-alone apps like Camera, Voice Memos or Notes and the only way to access them is by adding them to control centre and then going there.
