You know, I bought it last fall when I got my 13 pro; and I was at the Verizon store helping a friend sort out what she was going to upgrade to and they had them on sale ... I think it came with the charger, but I cannot swear to that as my friend bought it for me as a thank you for my help. She ended up getting a 12 pro and the same charger plus Airpods and the whole 9 yards. I am pretty sure the price included the charger. In any case, always ask before buying.
