I'm seriously considering taking advantage of upgrading my phone. I have the iPhone 12, which is paid for, free and clear. However, there are a few issues I'm finding a bit disconcerting with the phone these days. Since I have the opportunity to at least look at upgrading, I might do that. I'm with AT&T. Does anyone have thoughts on either the iPhone 14 or 14 pro? For those who have either phone, how do you like them? I've never really had issues with any of my phones, and I hope to continue this streak if I do upgrade. Also, I'm wondering what is better. Should I go through the Apple Store and get a trade-in, or should I go through my carrier? I'm still doing all of the necessary research.
