Having said what I said in my previous message I would wait until next year and buy an iPhone 15 or 15 Pro. It is extremely likely that next year the Lightning port goes away and a USB-C port is put in its place; whether we'll see Touch Id again in addition to Face Id is unlikely but not entirely out of the picture and I certainly won't upgrade my iPhone 11 which works great until next year.
