I can do either. I just tried to have Siri restart my phone and it worked like a charm. I will probably do this from now on. Either that or have Siri shut down my phone. It is pretty cool what Siri can do these days. I am in the U.S and have an iPhone 13 pro max. I don't know why anyone would be nervice about having Siri shut down their phone. All you have to do after asking Siri to shut down, or restart your phone, you just have to confirm what you want to do. It is very fast.
