That problem is fixed. Now, however, my new iPhone has completely frozen. No voiceover, no sound, but the home button still feels like I can push it. I’m guessing the power is still on? I have no idea what to do. I had just finished using Facebook messenger. The old phone that I’m using at the moment still works. Any help would be very much appreciated.
