If the home button is pushable, voiceover is on. Try increasing the volume?

Hey all,
First, thank you guys for the number for Apple
accessibility. That problem is fixed. Now,
however, my new iPhone has completely frozen. No
voiceover, no sound, but the home button still
feels like I can push it. I’m guessing the
power is still on? I have no idea what to do. I
had just finished using Facebook messenger. The
old phone that I’m using at the moment still
works. Any help would be very much appreciated.
