I have the SE 3 and it appears to have died. I tried plugging ear buds in and turning the volume up and that didn't work. I tried putting it on a couple of different chargers and that didn't work. The screen is totally black. I don't remember how to do a reset but there is no power to the phone anyway. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks! Carla
