Carla, did your phone accidentally get connected to bluetooth device? I had that happen a couple times. When it does, it sounds as if everything is totally dead.

I tried plugging ear buds in and turning the volume up and that didn’t work. I tried putting it on a couple of different chargers and that didn’t work. The screen is totally black.
