Hi Tali and all. I have an iPhone too and Hebrew works fine. Try several things: 1. add Hebrew to your language on your Rotor. 2. turn off "detect languages in "settings", "accessibility", "VoiceOver", "speach". I hope one of this things wil help, if it doesn't I will happy to help you pravetlly.
