That must have changed in the last 4-6 weeks because I remember at some point in January I had a look at this because my wife has a yearly subscription for an app/service and it was showing up. I can confirm Davy's finding and this by the way is also now on iOS 16.4 public beta so apparently it makes no difference whether the iOS version is 15, 16 or 16.4 beta. I agree with Davy in this case, people should definitely report this. I did also try this with screen recognition turned on and it makes no difference. I get 3 headings, Active, Inactive and Options. Under Options Voiceover correctly reads whether the "Share with Family" option is checked or not. Under "Active" I find a pop up button which allows you to pick app name, price or renewal date to sort your subscriptions, but while I can pick any of these options, after I do I still don't see any apps/services listed.
