After experienncing the same results as reported, I decided to call Apple Accessibility, rather than email. He tested it on his iphone and was rewarded with the same mess. He says that Apple already had had several reports about it, he added mine to the list, along with his own results. I guess a problem gets more attention when the acccessibility representative gets the same results as the complaintants. I was told that they are "looking into it", and that it will be fixed in "a future update." I am glad I didn't wait until the last minute to change a subscription. And how could this have gott, past the beta testers? Are there beta testers?

I can confirm Davy's finding and this by the way is also now on iOS 16.4 public beta so apparently it makes no difference whether the iOS version is 15, 16 or 16.4 beta. I agree with Davy in this case, people should definitely report this. I did also try this with screen recognition turned on and it makes no difference. I get 3 headings, Active, Inactive and Options. Under Options Voiceover correctly reads whether the "Share with Family" option is checked or not.
