Hi all,
I used the Zoom app at the beginning of the pandemic for doctor's visits and such but I haven't really used it since then. I needed to use the app a few days ago but ran into a problem I can't solve. Once getting into the app for a particular meeting, I get a message informing me that I need to enable audio before I can join the meeting. I'm told to click a button which takes me to a screen where I can press another button to enable audio. The problem is that immediately after tapping the second button, I'm returned to the previous screen where I'm instructed to enable audio. Pressing the button to enable audio simply continues the same behavior. Has anyone run into this problem? If so and you've found a solution, I'd really like to hear how you did it.
