Hello, I’m not sure how accurate it is, but I can use my iPhone SE 2020 to measure things. Once the phone is focused on an item the “add point” near the bottom of the screen is activated. You then move until your phone is focused on another point and click add point again. At this point VoiceOver will say the difference between the two points. It might also tell you that you are moving too fast, or that there is not enough light. I attempted measuring a rug in my hallway that is about 6 of my feet long and the phone claimed it was 36 inches. Not sure if this was me not using the technology well, or just the issues of the phone measuring system. My wife had better luck when we were shopping for homes and forgot a measuring device. HTH
