Hello, Are you familiar with the process of putting the device in "recovery mode?" Based on what you've told us, it sounds like that would be your next step. Do you have a backup created, so you don't lose data? Note: if you want to keep your health info & other sensitive data, you'll need to make an encrypted backup via iTunes on your computer, prior to putting the phone into recovery mode.
