I have an old iPhone 7 sitting on my table here. I just experimented with it. It has been restore to factory default settings. I activated the iPhone 7 and press the home button three times and it turn voiceover on. And it hand the hello and then set up in different languages. So I’m just saying the iPhones with the home button you can turn on voiceover by pressing it quickly three times and I guess the newer iPhones it would be the side button.
