The modular face is my go to face on my Apple Watch SE. It allows for six complications. If I explore it by touch, it looks like there are three small complications across the bottom, one large complication in the middle, two small complications in the top corners and then the time at the top middle. The middle larger complication would be good for things like activities or upcoming events, things that would benefit from that extra space.
