One of my customers stopped by today and showed me his Apple Watch Ultra. I put it on my wrist and I was surprised that it wasn't heavier, but it's definitely big and sorry, but I definitely don't think of it as sexy; that word is reserved for a more traditional use with me 😂
I was surprised that my wife liked it, I really would have thought she would find it big; now the issue is that if I decide to get one she probably would also like it and of course you can pretty much buy 2 of the regular aluminum cellular watches for what 1 Ultra costs. We can also afford to buy two of them, but it really becomes a question whether I am not too cheap for that! I do have one more question, is there a difference in terms of being able to play anything like an audio book via the built-in speaker with the Ultra? This is still not possible with a regular Apple Watch unless it is changing now in Watch OS 10. I understand the Ultra is a good bit louderbut apart from that, the action button and the better battery life, can it do anything else a regular Apple Watch can't do? And yes, I know you can use it as a scuba diving watch and while I do scuba dive when I have the opportunity, it's not often enough for this to be an important consideration. -----Original Message----- From: viphone@googlegroups.com<mailto:viphone@googlegroups.com> <viphone@googlegroups.com<mailto:viphone@googlegroups.com>> On Behalf Of CHELA Robles Sent: Saturday, September 16, 2023 1:05 AM To: viphone@googlegroups.com<mailto:viphone@googlegroups.com> Subject: Re: Apple Watch Ultra, who has one and would you buy it again? Well, I upgraded from series 5 to the ultra that sleeps bigger than what I had. I only wish I had kept my Milanese loop because I like that loop but I know I can find other loops or sport watch type of bands on Amazon cheaper than an apple. I like the trail loop that I have. It’s the trail loop band. It has Velcro it’s nice but I wish I had a second band. Maybe I’ll buy one a metal one or something.
