Hi Michael,
I have two questions for you about the Spectrum TV app.
1. Have you used it since Monday?
2. Did you reboot the iPhone or did you close the Spectrum TV app and
then restart it?
When I did that, that's when the problem started. I had the app on my SE
2020 iPhone and I had to shut it down and restart it for some reason.
When I restarted it, the app updated and I had the problem.
I then launched it on the iPhone SE 2022. It seemed OK. But then I shut
down the SE 2022 and when I restarted it, the app had updated and I had
the problem. If I had thought about it, i wouldn't have shut down and
restarted the SE 2022 and it may still work.
So Michael, if you dare, then close out of the app and restart your
phone and see if it updates and if you have the probloem.

The Spectrum mobile app (no spec connect or my spectrum in the title)
is the one I am talking about. That used to access TV channels that
you had as part of your account subscription. It has and still does
not have anything to do with the account proper. It does have a link
to the My Spectrum app--which will launch in a separate procewss if
you double tap that button. But the classic accessibility of the
Spectrum Mobile app is destroyed as of Monday, September 18.

Hi Group,
i got my first iPhone in March of 2019. I installed the Spectrum
Mobile App for iPhone in June of 2019. The app worked perfectly
and was totally accessible until yesterday. The app updated and
now I have difficulty navigating the interface. The app opens with
a group of new filters, but setting and navigating this screen is
almost impossible. Gone are the simple 'all channels' and 'simple
Favorites' navigation screen when a single swipe right or left
moved you up and down the screen from channel to channel and a
simple double tap launched the selected channel.
Has anyone else noticed this or am i missing something as far as
adjustments or is this the new order of things with respect to the
app? If so, and if people want to keep using the app, I suggest
you give feedback through the developer website or the feed back
link within the app settings.
