Not the settings in the app, but go to the regular settings on the phone, go down to VDScan and see what it says in there.

I see no mention of the camera under settings.

Sadly, yes. I wrote to Winston on Thursday morning and he got
back to me this morning. Neither his update nor the 17.0.1 update
has corrected the issue. VO tells me the app is opening, but it
doesn't. However, the app is in the app switcher.
I've tried several hard resets and I've completely removed and
re-downloaded the app.
It's like the app isn't completely opening or something.
Winston asked me if I had any odd settings tweaked on my phone
and I do not, but I'm not sure what I should be looking for..
I hope that enough of us with this issue can help him find a
solution. I'm also happy to see he's being so responsive.
