I have this question. Do you get Siri to make your calls? When I had my SE, I had problems that were similar, so I called the guy at Consumer Cellular, my carrier at the time, and complained. He asked me, are you using Siri? I said yes to make calls. He said to make them myself and see if I had more success. I started calling myself instead of using Siri, and immediately had success. In particular, when I tried to call from our Senior Center or our apartment, both in low, wooded areas, I had the problem.
