Turn your phone off and pop the SIM tray open, no need to completely take it out, just pull it out half way. Then push it back in and turn your phone on, see if it helps as sometimes it may.

When I try to make calls the call either doesn’t go through at all or it doesn’t ring and then just drops the call. When I receive calls I can answer them and I can hear the person on the other end but they can’t hear me. I’ve even turned up the volume. I have powered my phone down twice and reset network settings three times without any success. Any other suggestions?
