You said you already downloaded them, as long as you know where they are just go to the video, start playing it and find the Sghare button, then send it to your Dropbox. As for saving it on a thumb drive directly from an iPhone would require you to have one of the USB drives which can plug directly into an iPhone, if you have anything below an iPhone 15 this means the drive has to have a Lightning port. Such drives usually come with an app and you would save it to the drive the same way via the share sheet and then instead of selecting Dropbox, you would select the app your thumb drive uses.
