OK, I was able to get TCA Media Downloader, after I couldn't extract it from the download link Mario provided, I Googled "Download TCAMD3 and the first search result was Richard Turner's website where he has a link to download a version which is not password protected and it unzipped without any issues using Windows 11. So thanks, Richard, for providing all those resources and below is his website, you can simply use Jaws search or I assume the equivalent in NVDA and search for "TCA" or use heading navigation to find it:

As for saving it on a thumb drive directly from an iPhone would require you to have one of the USB drives which can plug directly into an iPhone, if you have anything below an iPhone 15 this means the drive has to have a Lightning port. Such drives usually come with an app and you would save it to the drive the same way via the share sheet and then instead of selecting Dropbox, you would select the app your thumb drive uses.
