The provided link is simply a link to Google search results when you search for "3d youtube downloader (x64)". And while this is the French results site, all you would have to do to get the same is to open www.Google.com in your browser of choice, copy the above search term and paste it into the search field. Alternatively, often when you have a website in another language like this you can look at the address bar and in this case towards the end of the address you see the letters "fr" as in =fr- and this is what determines the language, see below:
