I don't know what will come of this. Bot I reported it to a Bank of America representative who, though he didn't seem to understand my problem because sighted people can still use Zelle, assured me that he'd take it farther up the chain of command. Tomorrow, I'll get back on the line with my partially sighted partner and the bank to see if she can make somebody understand the dilemma. We won't get this resolved, however, unless more people contact Bank of America. E veryone who's having this issue with Zelle must do more than just make their complaint on this list. Meantime, it has also been suggested, though I haven't tried this yet, that we access our accounts through the bank's website instead of the APP. Let's all make our voices heard so this can be resolved quickly. Otherwise, we'll be forced to get help every time we want to do our own bank transactions.+Peace & Blessings, Pastor Duane L. Steele Phone (276) 730-5194 Hey guys. Here's the bottom line. When you are in zel, and you go to send money to someone, and you double tap the select account button, it's broken. It worked for years, and then the last time I used it, it just stopped. It makes no sense. Only logical explanation is someone broke the app, and we need to let them know about it.
They deny such a policy exist and indicate that I should be able to request money from a person I have listed as a contact.
