The list of states does not seem to contain Canadian provinces and there is no country selector. In any case, I read before that it is highly likely a lot of this information is already on the Dark Web somewhere, the fact that it is does not mean you will be targetet. I decided a couple of years ago that it is worth the $25 or whatever it costs a month to sign up with Equifax where I am alaerted if unusual activity takes place. Otherwise just use good passwords and different passwords for your online accounts and wherever possible 2-factor authentication and the risk something happens goes down a lot, also don't click on emails you are not sure about, I'd rather delete a legitimate email or contact the sender to make sure it's for real than to click on something I should not have clicked on.
