We have Walmart Plus, and we get groceries delivered every week. We have 
noticed the same issues with the app the last few weeks. Each week the app is a 
little worse. And it is getting more and more difficult to reach a human at 
customer service. Last week we ordered 28 items and received 5. We received at 
least 10 bags of someone else’s order in addition. The order was so specialized 
we couldn’t even give what we didn’t want to a neighbor and our family was out 
of town so we ended up tossing at least $50 worth of groceries away because 
Walmart didn’t want it back and we had no way of donating it and nowhere to 
store it. It was mostly perishable. We are still consuming at least $200 worth 
of other items. And they credited us the money for the missing items so we 
could reorder what we needed including over the counter medication. I only hope 
some minor didn’t get the OTC medication that was originally meant for us the 
first time.

Regarding the app, this week it took me about an hour or maybe 90 minutes to 
get an order in for 23 items. Because it is so difficult to add items to the 
cart and sometimes the wrong item goes in. And sometimes it will not scroll. I 
ended up searching for each item individually and adding it one at a time which 
is a real hassle.
