You can practice them in Settings > Accessibility > Voiceover and practice does help. If a 3-finger double or triple tap is difficult for you this most likely means you are not really tapping with 3 fingers at the same time.

And I’m trying to work out a way to carry one with me if I’m away from home for long periods of time. I think I almost haven’t worked out. it is a hassle to have to carry a Bluetooth keyboard with you, but if you need it you need it and that’s the way it just Hass to be. And I can’t do it any other way. And if everyone wants to say I’m cheating they can just say it all day long. I’m just doing what I really have to do. Whether anyone likes it or not.
