Anna, I had not really looked into what Files would show you on your iPhone.
I am not sure it does what she was asking for. It doesn’t tell you where the app is on your phone. I checked the Info on an app that I know exactly where it is, but it did not tell me it was in a folder called MS Apps. I think she is looking for something else, but maybe she will chime in with more details.
