This is more general.
Go to your App Library, which will be on the last screen of your iPhone.
There you'll find a list of generic folders, with the related apps and
files stored within each. There is overlap, i.e., some aps are stored
within more than one folder.

I checked the Info on an app that I know exactly where it is,
