Christine, It would appear that apple won’t provide that for its native apps.
Photos, are in the photos app. Voice Memos are in the Voice Memos app. However, by doing some more patient exploring with the Files app, it does show me where my Just Press Record files are stored and I can access them through the Files app and move, copy or delete them. IN the Files app, select iPhone under location. Many apps will appear there and some will give you access to the files within that app. I discovered, or really was reminded, that Just R=Press Record creates a folder for the day you do recordings on. So, I had folders going back to 2021, which were all empty because was I export the files that I want to keep, I delete them. So, I did a short recording and sure enough, a folder for today, October 19, 2024 was created with my short test file. I then went and found the select button at the top of that screen and activated it, then there was a select all button once that was activated, I could delete all those empty folders.
