In fact there are many better and cheaper wall adapters out there than Apple's. Anker makes a lot of very good ones with 1, 2, 3 or 4 ports. However, since you have all of these new devices which support wireless charging, I would strongly recommend a 3-in-1 wireless MagSafe charger, again Anker has one or two very good models, but I think one of my favourite would be from ESR. These all have a magnetic round disk to which you stick your iPhone and next to it is a magnetic charger for the Apple Watch which, of course, can only be charged this way anyways. Usually on the base underneaththe others is an area where you place your Airpods case and it will charge wirelessly. Especially for your bedside table this is a great setup, you probably will be looking at something like $99 or $129 or even up to $149 depending on brand and all that, but it looks good, you have 1 single cable going from your charging stand to your wall outlet and everything is in its place without a mess of cables. Both my wife and I have one of them on our bedside tables, I think they are Mophie, but I'd have to look it up, in my office next to my desk I have the ESR one I mentioned. It even has a fan which is super quiet so that you actually have to lean close to even hear it, but it gently blows air over the iPhone to ensure it's cool which makes charging more efficient and it really works as advertised. Just make sure you get a model made for the iPhone 16 Pro which can fast charge wirelessly I think at 25 Watts, prior to it, wireless fast charging was maxed out at 15 Watts. The watch and Airpods case of course take a lot less, I think it's 7.5 Watts, but I would have to look it up to be sure.
