I encountered the same issue. I contacted Meta technical support, and they advised me to delete the app from my phone, perform a clean install, and try again. I followed their instructions three times, but it still didn’t work. Eventually, I asked my son to help. He installed the Meta View app on his phone, and it worked on the first try. Then, he deleted the app from my phone, reinstalled it, and finally, it worked. It took four attempts, but I was finally able to sync my phone contacts with the Meta glasses. Although the process was frustrating and the app should be more stable, everything is working fine now.
